Xbox 360 error for a single game: disc unreadable, clean with a soft cloth. Disk or console problem?
I just purchased an Xbox 360 and four games. Simpsons The Game After playing for about three hours, there appeared an error saying the disk was unreadable and had to clean it with a soft cloth. As I did, I noticed a single scratch-ordered ring to flip the disc. Disk Cleanup did nothing, so I have the receipt I took it back and exchanged it for a new copy of the same game. Once I looked to see if there was a ring of scratches on their new record, and there was not. Soon I was the same mistake with my new disc after a few hours, and flip the disc I realized that there are now striped the same ring as it was on my old disc. I thought it was a problem with my Xbox, but like all my other games work well, I'm not really sure what happens. Does anyone have any idea what to do, or what is causing the problem? I have the receipt for the Xbox, if that is my only option. Any advice would be great, thanks in advance!
the console and the disc has a problem ...... simpsons disc is perhaps something lil thicker than any other games LOL: P I've heard so much about HRT, especailly with CallofDUTY4, Bioshock, Halo3 then Simpson now: P
