Can I use an Xbox 360 Messenger Kit on a cell phone?

I'm looking at getting a cell phone, but simply can not afford a phone good slider with full QWERTY keyboard on it, (I'm a track fone probably), and I can not afford the plans and contracts. So, yes, I wonder if I could use that to my friends text more easily. I doubt it, but it's worth a shot. Oh, I guess I'm also wondering if theres any kind of phone where you can buy minutes for this and has a full QWERTY keyboard, or one that has a cheap contract or plan. Probably sound like an idiot, but hey, I'm new to this sort of thing.

Just bought the phone in the store, I know that Walmart sells cheaper than AT & T model for $ 12. Then, keep the SIM card (it has $ 10 at the same time of purchase) and purchase AT & T QWERTY phone on eBay. You could do the same with your T-Mobile, is probably cheaper.
